Christmas Attic Store Policies
We are required to charge 5% sales tax on all purchases made or shipped within Virginia. Sales tax will be automatically added to your order.
We stand behind the quality and condition of all of our merchandise, although we do recognize from time to time that our customers may wish to return an item.
If you receive an item that has been damaged while being shipped to you, please contact us within 7 days
at 1-800-881-0084 and we will be glad to replace it for you. Please call before shipping back a damaged item and make sure you keep the original box and shipping materials. We would like to pay for the shipping charges.
If you receive an item that is not exactly what you wanted, please contact us within 30 days an we will be glad to either exchange it or give you credit for the item. The credit has no expiration date and is good at any of our three locations. Please call us for authorizations before you send your item back.
All of our orders are shipped UPS insured from Virginia. We take pride in ensuring that your parcel is packaged with the greatest of care, and is shipped in the most timely manner possible.
We are happy to ship to customers throughout the world, but request that you call us at 1-800-881-0084 to ascertain the applicable shipping rates.
We offer a very flexible and free layaway plan. All you need is 20% down to put your items on layaway. We need you to make a payment at least once a month and our layaway plan lasts for 6 months. We do ask that all layaways be paid off by Christmas. So give any of our stores a call if you would like to take advantage of our Layaway plan.
